Short Stories About Glamour Various artists

Short Stories About Glamour is the latest contemporary display at Hiscox Art Projects. The exhibition brings together a collection of work from a range of young artists based in London and Glasgow, including Emi Avora, Hannah Hewetson, Fiona Jardine, Claire Pestaille and Michael Stumpf.

This show is about how human beings add glamour to their daily lives. Dreams involving fantasy, opulence and desire are part of our day-to-day existence, going beyond the familiarity of daily experience. Short Stories about Glamour explores these forays into otherworldliness.

The exhibition opened to the public from 26 November 2004 to 7 January 2005 at Hiscox.
