Weeds is the first group exhibition in the series to feature work on various
media from nine leading contemporary artists.
Each artist has been invited to explore and interpret a common theme, the world of Weeds, in their own style and media. The resulting collection is hugely diverse, with pieces ranging from collages and abstracts to film, sculpture and photography. The themes explored are equally varied as each artist interprets weeds in a different way.
The exhibition opened to the public from 26 May to
23 July 2004 at Hiscox.
